Your stay
In the evening, watch the starry sky together, sleep in the silence of nature, wake up to the sounds of the birds and have breakfast with fresh bread and a great view…. You will experience it with us, whether you come camping, rent a tent with us or stay in an apartment.
Camping pitch
Our 12 large camping pitches are terraces, located in the gently sloping hill and offer enough privacy to retreat to nature.
Rent a tent
Would you like to camp, but would you rather come by plane or enjoy the convenience that the tent is already waiting for you? There are fully equipped tunnel tents on beautiful, large camping pitches with a beautiful view on the valley.
Apartment
Apartment Casa Lavanda is a former stable that we have completely restored into a holiday residence, where the old materials of the stable have been combined with new materials. The cottage has its own driveway, front and rear terrace with a small garden.
Our kitchen
We serve a set menu that you can enjoy on our outdoor terrace, overlooking the valley ‘Val di Tenna’. In the kitchen we use products from our own vegetable garden as much as possible.
Our menu
We change our menu every day. The menu is an extensive 4-course dinner with an Antipasto, a Primo (pasta), a secondo (main course) and of course a Dolce (dessert). We conclude with a delicious Italian espresso!
Opening hours
You can camp with us from May to September.
In high season the restaurant is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. We expect you at 7.30 pm. Feel free to inquire about the opening times outside the high season.
Agriculture
We are an organic certified farm. This means, among other things, that we cultivate our land in a sustainable way, taking Mother Nature into account.
On our podere you can find various types of products, which we all grow in a biologically responsible way. We pick the olives by hand and we obtain the most delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Farming
On the land we alternately grow grain, maize, spelt or crops for animal feed, for example. We rotate the crops every 2 years so as not to exhaust the soil.
Vineyard
Our small, young vineyard consists of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. The wine we make, called ‘Benjamino’, is a nice full red wine and dark in colour. Naturally, we serve the organic ‘Benjamino’ in our restaurant.
Our products
In our shop you can buy the products that we grow ourselves. From virgin olive oil, of course, to home jam. But we also have products for sale that are made by other farmers in our area, such as the honey from the local beekeeper.
